Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to any recurring product or service subscriptions provided by Ancestry Seasons, LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By enrolling in a subscription service on www.AncestrySeasons.com (the "Site"), you agree to the following terms:

1. Overview of Subscription Offerings 

Our subscription services may include recurring shipments of seasoning blends, specialty salts or sugars, limited-edition bundles, and holiday or seasonal boxes. These offerings are subject to change at our discretion.

2. Billing and Auto-Renewal

All subscriptions automatically renew based on the frequency selected at the time of checkout (e.g., monthly, quarterly). You will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle using the payment method on file.

3. Mandatory Renewal Notifications

As part of the subscription service, you will receive email notifications before each renewal.

  • You must consent to receive these emails in order to maintain an active subscription.

  • If you do not wish to receive these emails, you may not subscribe.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the renewal date.

​5. Refunds and Exceptions

All subscription charges are non-refundable once processed. Refunds will not be issued for failure to cancel on time or for dissatisfaction with the product. Exceptions may be made if a product arrives damaged or incorrect. In such cases:

  • Customers must report the issue within 72 hours of delivery

  • A replacement or refund may be issued after a review

​6. Shipping and Delivery

Subscriptions will be fulfilled according to the delivery schedule provided at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on carrier performance. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors. If an item is marked delivered but not received, the customer must contact the carrier and provide a claim or case number for further action.

7. Changes to Subscription Terms

We reserve the right to update pricing, frequency, product contents, or other terms. Subscribers will be notified of any material changes before their next billing cycle. Continued subscription use constitutes acceptance of those changes.
