Shipping Policy

Ancestry Seasons is committed to fulfilling and delivering your orders efficiently and securely. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the shipment of all products sold through our website.

​1. Order Processing Time
  • All standard orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Larger or bulk orders may require up to 3 business days to process.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays.

Processing times are separate from shipping carrier delivery estimates.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We utilize trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection is based on destination, package size, and delivery speed. At checkout, customers may be provided with multiple shipping options, if applicable.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and shipping method selected. Ancestry Seasons does not charge additional handling fees.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking number. Tracking details typically become active within 24 hours of shipment.

5. Delivery Issues & Delays

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Ancestry Seasons is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • Carrier operational issues

  • Weather conditions or natural disasters

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses

  • Customs delays (for international shipments)

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as "delivered" but you did not receive it:

  • Contact the shipping carrier to report the issue and request a case or claim number.

  • Email that case number to Help@AncestrySeasons.com with your order information.

Once received, we will review the claim and may offer a replacement or refund based on the outcome. Each situation is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

7. Shipping Restrictions

At this time, Ancestry Seasons only ships within the United States and U.S. Territories.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses unless explicitly noted.

8. Undeliverable Packages & Return-to-Sender

If a package is returned to Ancestry Seasons due to:

  • An incorrect or undeliverable address

  • Failure to pick up the package after delivery 2 attempts the customer will be notified. A re-shipment can be arranged at the customer's expense. Refunds will not be issued for shipping fees in such cases.

9. Shipping Policy Updates

Ancestry Seasons reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted to this page and will apply to future orders.
