All payments are processed securely, and we do not store full payment details.

3. Product Availability and Pricing

Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any charges incurred.

4. Shipping and Delivery

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our food products, all spice, salt, sugar, and edible items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged. Customers must notify us within 72 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Merchandise returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and buyer-paid return shipping, unless the item is defective. Ancestry Seasons may offer subscription-based services such as recurring seasoning boxes, exclusive blends, or limited-edition bundles. By enrolling in a subscription, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  • Automatic Renewal: All subscriptions renew automatically based on the billing frequency selected at checkout (e.g., monthly, quarterly). Your saved payment method will be charged at the start of each renewal cycle.

  • Mandatory Renewal Notifications: As part of your subscription, you will receive an email reminder prior to each renewal. These emails serve as notice of the upcoming charge and item shipment.

  • Email Consent Required: By subscribing, you agree to receive email communications related to your subscription. If you do not wish to receive these notifications, you will not be eligible to subscribe.

  • Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by emailing us at Billing@AncestrySeasons.com. Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.

  • Refunds: Subscription charges are non-refundable once processed. Refunds are not issued for failure to cancel on time or for dissatisfaction with flavor preferences. Exceptions apply only in cases of damage or error, as detailed in our Return Policy.

  • Subscription Changes: We reserve the right to change the pricing, frequency, or content of subscription offerings. Subscribers will be notified of significant changes and may cancel prior to the next billing date.

13. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
